Service Description
- Shipping Agents can enter the details of Vessels coming to Port Khalid, Khor Fakkan Port, and Hamriyah Port. The details will be the Vessel name, call sign, and goods to be discharged. Based on this information, the Seaport Authority can then provide marine services and make arrangements in the port to accommodate the vessel.

Required Document
To use these services and get the benefits and advantages offered by the electronic customs clearance portal, companies must:
- Companies should be registered with Sharjah Ports Authority
- Companies should be registered with Sharjah Customs (ie: should have Agent Code/Importer Code provided by Sharjah Customs).
- Importer code is valid for 1 year. If it expires, some of the online services will be disabled.
